[TRANSLATED] Tibetan antelopes will not be extinct

Tibetan antelopes are very resilient as they have adapted to the ecological transformation alongside the Qinghai-Tibet railway. If humans stop hunting the antelopes, their herds will not be endangered. This is quite different from the case of giant pandas.

Kekexili

Just to add: there is an award-winning feature film entitled "Kekexili", directed by Chuan Lu (2004). It is well worth watching as it portraits the (dramatized) struggle between antelope preservation and antelope poaching in the area.
On the subject of the photoshopped photograph: there is a sort of systemic or recurrent theme going on here - not too long ago, a photograph of a South China Tiger in Shaanxi province was widely used to demonstrate China's environmental recovery by the provincial forestry department. It turned out to be a fake, too.
