      <title>Are you kidding?</title>
<description>I've lived in China for 5 years, and I've seen so many counterfeit and pirated products it's ridiculous. I.P. protection? In China?! You must be joking!
Mr. Harvey, with all due respect, have you ever been to China? The court system is so thoroughly corrupt, anyone with guanxi (connections) and money can get away with murder- literally. Just ask a coal mine owner. You want justice? Buy it. Because that's the only way you're going to get it in China.
Seriously, though, is this a government sponsored website? Because your article reads like something from 'China Daily'.

      <title>[TRANSLATED] IP, a development perspective</title>
<description>Just as the author says, biased and blind views prevent people seeing the huge progress China has made for IP. If this is so, foreign firms' ignorance about China is even more lamentable. This author, from a development perspective, comprehensively compares China with other countries and draws a convincing conclusion. Indeed, China's IP problems are still there and they are not few, but complaints and reprehensions are not a good way of solving them. It is both rational and wise for western firms to lose their lofty airs and be aware of their own problems when coming to Chinese IP. In this regard, the Philip and Zwilling-Henckels are role models for foreign companies.
