      <title>So what can we do besides be afraid?</title>
      <description>I am curious.  What do other people think is the next step?  Yes, consumers need to watch out what they eat, but they cannot know everything.  The producers need to stop making unsafe food, but nobody can watch them all the time.

What about price incentives?  Can we force food to be more expensive so that quality materials are used instead of unsafe materials?
