It appeared on Guardian on August 13th together with the above article. And it is the cover story, the start to all the followed-up stories. 

From it, we can see clearly the style of the British government and governments of other western countries. On one hand, they are constantly blaming China for its pollution and urging China to start cutting emission, in the hope of gaining political benefits and taking a leading role in global affairs; on the other hand, they are acting slowly themselves, or even thinking of ways to eat up their own words&#65281;When facing an universal threat like climate change, they are still engaging in those political games shortsightedly, serving political interests. Shouldn't they feel shameful for that? My personal view.

      <description>Tao Wang is right. The British government is all talk and too little action. But this should not be an excuse for others not to take action either: India and China should try to shame Britain by setting a good example</description>
