[TRANSLATED] US buildings consume highest energy

Buildings in the US are the least energy efficient in the world, as they are fitted with both cold and hot water pipes, which work at the same time to make the accommodation as comfortable as possible.

This design causes a huge consumption of energy.

Per capita energy consumption in the US is several times the world average. The US should solve its own problems first before telling others what they are supposed to do.

American architecture?

Oh, it must be American architecture that did it all. Couldn't be shoddy materials or workmanship by Chinese builders?

And most ancient buildings were less energy consuming, they all took advantage of light, rain collection and other such basic practices. And the people wore more clothes.

The first post shows typical uneducated and reactionary "fenqing" thinking.

[TRANSLATED] White House?

It is American architecture that needs reflection. Traditional Chinese architecture was originally quite energy conserving, but became energy-consuming after learning from America.
