      <title>Means to promote energy saving products</title>
      <description>In addition to removing tariff barriers or energy efficient goods, there should be efforts to setup economic incentives so that more and more cheaper energy saving products hit the market. Western countries provide significant subsidies to agriculture products right now, why not provide subsidies to energy saving goods?
