[TRANSLATED] Serious or Not

The aim of APPCD is supposed to make a collective contribution to protect the environment; however, is it serious enough... the U.S. just want to use this organization to show how humanitarian-oriented he can be, all of which is camouflage!!!If he DO mean to protect the earth, why he did not sign for the Kyoto Protocol???

[TRANSLATED] When are we going to see US money helping the environment?

Is it true that the dollars spent during the Iraq war were meant to defend human rights? America is one of the countries which has caused the most serious environmental pollution. Being a super-power, how can they just escape from such international responsibility? Seeking equal human rights, is this just something within political frameworks? America, hurricanes are a message sent from God to you, it is time for you to wake up! Zhuangming

less perplexed

Thank you. I feel considerably less perplexed. I'm worried though that not enough will be done in Nairobi. International negotiations are completely crucial, but every country must take responsibility - whether it is internationally mandated or not. Sometimes there is a tendency for these agreements to be based on the lowest common denominator. As such we must all lobby our governments to go further - now.
