Carbon heroes and criminals

What Cameron's project does is great - it may allow us to see which companies are really cleaning up their act, in terms of carbon emissions, and which aren't. But at the moment his report only ranks in order those carbon 'heroes' - that is, the companies leading the index. I suggest that the CDP develop a ranking for the carbon 'criminals' too - those companies at the very bottom of the table. This will help investors to actively avoid those companies, and give a real incentive for their improvement.
