看完厦门PX项目和北京六里屯事件，我的感觉是民众自己在维护自己的利益了。可是这样远远不够，对于一些没有能力维护自己利益的人而言，他们的生活环境如何得到保障？在一些地方，政府部门强行压制民意的事情时有发生。我们应该在规划程序上保证民众的意见得到采纳，例如专家的走访调查，即使民众不能主动的反映意见时，也要能保证他们的利益得到维护。
