The Xiamen PX and Beijing Liulitun incidents make me realize that the public has started to protect their own rights. However, this is far from enough. For those who have no capacity to safeguard their own rights, how can they been ensured to live in a good condition. In some areas, public opinions are still being suppressed by the local authorities. Some procedures must be followed to ensure the hearing and even adoption of public opinions, such as suggestions from the interviews and investigation by experts. Loyi,Nanjing
