我觉得，没必要过早与孩子谈气候变化这个话题，但在生活中，父母要尽量贯彻环保、节约的原则，从一些不起眼的小事做起，这样可以潜移默化地培养孩子的环保意识。等到小学五、六年级时，孩子对事物的分析判断能力大为增强时，父母可以引导孩子来理解全球变暖问题。

I think there is no need to tell the children about the climate change too early. To exert a subtle influence on the development of children's environmental awareness , however, parents should try their best to start from the trifle deeds which are environmentally friendly and economical in daily life.Parents can give the lessons of global warming to the children by the time they are at the age of 11 or 12 yaers old when they already have better analytical ability and judgement capability.

When and how should we tell our children about climate change? From an educational point of view, it's a question both pertinent and timely.

In China, a lot of adults have only just realized that climate change can have a real effect on our lives, let alone our children. By contrast, foreign parents seem to take a much more serious approach, and are much more concerned about using science as a means to explain the world to their children.
