Copenhagen L9 Agreement is a financial arrangement, not a global warming solution. Everyone should be asking, how will your money be spent? Because, it has nothing to do with saving your country, as if that was the case, you be hearing about it, right?
"Man can have no talent, no money but can not have no responsibility." This is a motto from one Chinese college student. This motto may be not completely correct but is thought provoking. Unfortunately, the outcome from the Copenhagen conference seems to be opposed to this motto. Some developed countries seem that "we don't need responsibilities as long as we have talent and money." Developed countries never truly think about other reasons why they became developed, except science and diligence. The west has obtained everything over hundreds of years of cruel exploitation, but now they try to hinder other countries to become developed. Westerners always claim their democracy, equality, and philanthropy; however, what on earth have they done for the developing countries? My guess is what they did was further deprive poor peoples’ living rights.
