自然旅游“造成动物的生存压力”
«卫报»报导，一份针对加勒比海魟鱼的最新研究指出，野生动物观光产业的盛行使得动物们正面临着生存危机。通过抽血化验，比起那些未受观光客侵扰地区的魟鱼，大开曼南岸地区魟鱼的免疫系统功能变差，健康恶化，而这一地区的游客一度达到了2500人。
Nature tours “stressful for animals”
A new study of stingrays in a Caribbean tourist hotspot highlights the risks to animals posed by the growing “wildlife tourism” industry, the Guardian reported. Blood tests showed that stingrays at the Grand Cayman sandbank – which has had up to 2,500 visitors at a time -- had weaker immune systems and were in poorer health than animals not disturbed by tourists.
